More About Me

Business Philosophy

We believe "no commission is worth our reputation". Over the past eighteen years, we have strived to build a team of highly professional, well-trained, and dedicated sales professionals who are committed to providing a truly remarkable level of service. The difference between Ordinary and EXTRAordinary is the little "EXTRA". Alice's role and entire focus every day as a non-competing Manager/Coach is to provide EXTRAordinary support in building and enhancing outstanding Real Estate careers for the members of her team. She has a full understanding of what serious Agents want and need from a Real Estate Company, Office, and Manager and she knows how to provide what it takes to ensure their success in the Real Estate Profession.

Community Involvement

We support Habitat for Humanity, Gilda's Club, and Food Bank of Monmouth County

The Marlboro/Manalapan office was one of the company's top fund raising offices by holding a dinner/silent auction to benefit Habitat for Humanity. The office raised more than $12,000 by working together for this worthy cause. At another fund raising event, the office was one of the top fund raisers for Coldwell Banker benefiting Habitat for Humanity. Our office had great participation in a regional fund raiser, raising $30,000 which was distributed to Move for Hunger, Wounded Warriors, and Make a Wish. The office continues to support Open Door, a food pantry in Freehold and Toys for Tots.

Coldwell Banker donated $60,000 to Habitat for Humanity for a build in Wall Township, Monmouth County.
